Quality Officer

📋 Description Execute routine QC testing of raw, in‑process and finished products under supervision. Conduct packaging and hygiene checks: package integrity, label verification, weight/volume control Report deviations and OOS results, support CAPA actions and data trending. Coordinate on‑floor quality/hygiene briefings with Production, Packaging, Warehouse and Logistics. Support internal/external audits and regulatory compliance updates. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry. 2–4 years in food/dairy QC or QA. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC standards. Skilled in chemical, physical, and microbiological testing. Accurate data recording and reporting.
