📋 Description Lead development and execution of quality standards, inspection protocols, and validation plans for Own validation of new tooling, component development, and finished goods production to ensure Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and global manufacturers to support launches and Expand Quality Management System and global quality footprint across the organization. Travel up to 40% (Domestic and International) to support suppliers and manufacturing partners. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field. 5+ years in Quality Engineering/Quality Assurance, preferably in consumer goods. Strong knowledge of polymers packaging components and molding technologies (injection, EBM, ISBM). Ability to articulate technical recommendations and communicate with cross-functional teams.
