📋 Description Lead Trust & Safety for a fast-scaling peer-to-peer marketplace Own fraud prevention, identity verification, investigations, and moderation Build scalable operating model, workflows, and tooling Drive down fraud losses and platform risk with measurable metrics Partner with Product and Engineering to ship tooling with impact Own high-severity incident response across Legal, Engineering, and Operations 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in Trust & Safety, Fraud Operations, or Risk Management 5+ years leading people, including managers or senior ICs Track record of building or scaling a Trust & Safety or marketplace-integrity function Ability to turn operational problems into systems and influence roadmaps Experience reporting metrics to executive stakeholders English fluency, written and spoken (C1+) 🎁 Benefits Location: Remote, Colombia Full-time role Fast-scaling, category-leading marketplace
