📋 Description Manage the service delivery of 80+ team on day-to-day basis within budgets and SLAs Ensure process compliance with Group Business Process Model Keep processes and SOPs defined, documented and up-to-date Monitor staff performance and take improvement actions Foster continuous improvement to achieve objectives and cost efficiency Implement internal control framework for processes in scope 🎯 Requirements Minimum 2 years leading large teams in a BPO/SSC environment Strong financial domain knowledge (PtP, OtC or General Accounting and Reporting) Experience managing performance against SLAs Experience handling customer relations (internal or external) Openness to changes; adaptable to dynamic environments Master degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent 🎁 Benefits Attractive remuneration and bonus package Medical care Access to Multicafeteria Benefit system
