📋 Description Lead civil and site development design for data center campuses and power facilities. Architect resilient civil infrastructure for ultra-dense AI compute loads and rapid deployment. Collaborate across structural, MEP, geotechnical, and construction teams. Responsibilities Own end-to-end civil and land development engineering for campuses and industrial sites. Lead hydrology and hydraulics analysis, floodplain modeling, and stormwater design. Develop land development plans, earthwork, erosion control, and foundation prep. Perform environmental assessments, permitting, and sustainability evaluations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate civil with utilities and power infrastructure.
