Construction Superintendent (Night Shift) – Mechanical

📋 Description Oversee mechanical installations during night shift for SpaceXAI Memphis Data Center Lead mechanical contractors, crews, and subcontractors to meet milestones on time and to quality Manage safety program and enforce zero-incident culture around heavy equipment and pressurized Inspect site, maintain logs, and deliver progress reports to senior leadership Coordinate with electrical/civil trades to resolve on-site challenges and ensure system reliability Ensure compliance with local codes, mechanical standards, and SpaceXAI quality requirements 🎯 Requirements 3+ years managing mechanical construction teams on large-scale/mission-critical projects Hands-on experience with process piping, HVAC, chilled water plants, pumps, and cooling Strong leadership, scheduling, and coordination skills; ability to train foremen and crews Experience with data centers, industrial projects, or heavy mechanical construction Familiarity with safety protocols (LOTO, confined space) and mechanical codes/regulations Proficiency with Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Project; strong reporting skills 🎁 Benefits Relocation support may be provided depending on project needs Competitive compensation and opportunity to lead mission-critical data center infrastructure
