Certification Manager

📋 Description Lead development of a technical certification program. Collaborate with SMEs to define objectives. Design, maintain, and improve certification exams. Create quizzes and credentialing assessments. Manage relationships with vendors for exams and credentials. Track program KPIs and drive continuous improvement. 🎯 Requirements Experience developing certification exams for technical audiences. Strong knowledge of SQL and database tech. Hands-on or performance-based exam experience preferred. Ability to learn new technologies and translate concepts. Strong project management and cross-team collaboration.
