Electrical Commissioning Lead

📋 Description Lead energization, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems for hyperscale data centers. Direct commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and turnover of MV/LV power systems. Manage a team of commissioning technicians on-site at SpaceXAI data centers nationwide. Collaborate with EPCs, OEMs, utilities, and engineers to ensure safe, reliable systems. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in electrical commissioning in critical facilities; 3+ years in lead role. Deep DC electrical infra up to 480V; experience with switchgear, UPS, gens, PDUs, busway. Strong familiarity with NEC/NFPA 70E, IEEE, NETA, ANSI; read schematics and one-lines. Proven leadership coordinating multi-discipline teams and contractors. OSHA 30 certification; strong safety leadership; travel readiness.
