📋 Description Provide application management for enterprise cloud-based Workforce Software solutions. Participate in full lifecycle of support projects: enhancements, maintenance, optimization; meet SLAs. Manage incident resolution: logging, triage, escalation, and resolution by severity. Perform root cause analysis and problem management to improve reliability. Gather requirements and translate into functional/technical specs. Lead and coordinate offshore resources to ensure delivery and SLA compliance. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, CS, IT, CE, or related field, or equivalent exp. 5+ years with workforce management software, preferably Workforce Software. Workforce Software certification strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of time tracking, attendance, scheduling, compliance, and optimization. Experience with ITSM: incident management, problem management, ITIL, RACI, RAID.
