📋 Description Hybrid work schedule; report to Electrical (Systems Engineering) Manager. Work on vehicle platform Low Voltage systems with OEM partners and Waymo product teams. Define LV system architecture, communications networks, and interfaces with functional safety 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's in Electrical/Communications/Automotive Engineering, Physics, or similar. Deep knowledge of electrical power systems; fault-tolerant design for safety-critical systems. Ability to negotiate targets/requirements with OEMs and develop DVPs. Understanding of Functional Safety (ISO26262) for LV safety-critical systems. Software code comprehension; experience with LV system design including DCDC, batteries, charge Experience with vehicle networks (CAN, FlexRay, LIN, Ethernet) and LV system simulations. 🎁 Benefits Base salary range listed: $196,000 – $248,000 USD; bonus and equity programs may apply.
