📋 Description Develop metrics and models to evaluate and enhance performance, safety, and scalability of our Evaluate new models or methods for applicability to problems Gather data needed to improve metrics and models Communicate benefits and limitations of new models to partner teams Integrate and deploy metrics and models on fleet-wide data 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering for robotics, autonomous vehicles, or other complex Experience testing such systems from unit tests to end-to-end campaigns Solid understanding of physics, geometry, and dynamics Proficiency in C++ and Python Ability to learn and utilize new frameworks quickly, AI tools or otherwise Experience training new applications on existing ML architectures and improving existing 🎁 Benefits Salary range: $175,000 – $215,000 USD Discretionary annual bonus program and equity incentives Company benefits program
