📋 Description Lead the design and delivery of large, complex initiatives across teams. Shape architecture for datasets, assets, and agentic capabilities across Snowflake surfaces. Define APIs, metadata models, and sharing protocols for enterprise assets. Partner with product, design, and platform teams to deliver AI-native experiences. Own critical product areas focusing on reliability and maintainability. Identify systemic issues and drive cross-team solutions. 🎯 Requirements 9+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale systems. Track record leading large projects cross-team from definition to rollout. Deep expertise in distributed systems, data sharing, or AI surfaces. Backend skills in Java, Go, Python; frontend fluency helpful. Experience designing scalable APIs and platform abstractions. Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
