📋 Description Own technical evaluation of mechanical infrastructure across data center lifecycle Lead mechanical engineering evaluations for sites, colocation, and build-to-suit Assess cooling options: liquid/air/hybrid, chiller plants, CRAH/CRAC for AI workloads Provide go/no-go input based on feasibility, risks, and operations Define mechanical assumptions for capacity planning, budgets, schedules, and risks Collaborate with engineering teams to set cooling topology, redundancy, and design criteria 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in data center mechanical engineering, MEP design, or mission-critical systems Strong expertise in cooling topology, liquid cooling, chiller plants, CRAH/CRAC Experience evaluating mechanical feasibility for data center sites before commitments Solid understanding of capacity planning, redundancy, and capex trade-offs Experience supporting hyperscale AI infrastructure or large-scale tech environments preferred Knowledge of BMS integration and commissioning 🎁 Benefits Competitive compensation package Flexible remote-first working environment Career growth opportunities and learning support Opportunity to work on large-scale AI infrastructure projects Collaborative international environment with engineering teams Chance to help define technical standards and frameworks
