📋 Description Provide compliance advice across Wealth, Growth & MonzOS collectives in a 2LoD framework. Lead on regulatory matters: COBS, PROD, SDR, CASS and Consumer Duty. Review customer journeys and communications to ensure compliant, customer-focused outcomes. Advise Marketing and Financial Promotion teams on financial promotion rules and guidance. Oversee regulatory breaches and incidents; upskill team to proactively support more areas. Collaborate with a range of stakeholders to build a compliant-by-design product environment. 🎯 Requirements Strong knowledge of FCA COBS and associated regulations in banking/fintech. Hands-on experience providing compliance advice in a financial services context. Experience in AI usage in day-to-day work is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a hands-on approach. Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and build cross-team relationships. Interested in continuous learning and expanding knowledge across collectives. 🎁 Benefits Flexible working options with UK distribution; some ad hoc meetings in London.
