Oracle AHCS/ARCS Application Support Engineer

📋 Description Provide Level 2/3 production support for Oracle AHCS, ARCS, Fusion ERP Financials, and OIC. Support monthly/quarterly/annual close by monitoring processes, reconciliations, and journals. Investigate and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and manage service requests. Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, data loads, and system health to preempt issues. Support configuration updates, accounting rule maintenance, reconciliation profiles, security validation, and release governance. Assist with integration support across Oracle Finance apps, enterprise systems, and third-party platforms. 🎯 Requirements 4–8+ years of experience supporting ERP applications, including at least 3 years working with Oracle Cloud Financial solutions in production environments. Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS) and/or Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP Financials, Oracle General Ledger, financial close processes, journal accounting, subledger accounting, and reconciliation workflows. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud ERP integrations, SQL, XML, REST APIs, file-based integrations, and production interface monitoring. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Security, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis; experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, FCCS, EDMCS, OCI Monitoring, ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 🎁 Benefits Remote contract opportunity based in India.
