Technical Lead, Evaluation Infrastructure

📋 Description Lead the Evaluation Infrastructure team for L4 driverless deployment at Nuro Build unified metrics, evaluation, and validation platforms from logs (on-road and simulation) Collaborate with Product, Autonomy, Systems & Safety, and Simulation teams on evaluation vision Drive metric quality, scale, reliability, and CI/CD of the evaluation stack Mentor the team and promote AI-native engineering practices Partner across teams to shorten time-to-signal and time-to-confidence for validation 🎯 Requirements B.Sc or M.Sc. with 4+ years of relevant experience Domain experience in distributed systems, ML evaluation pipelines, and analytics platforms Engineering leadership with ability to define roadmap and cross-functional collaboration Strong technical excellence in Python, C++, or similar languages AI-native mindset with experience using modern AI tools and applying ML systems to evaluation 🎁 Benefits Competitive base pay, plus annual performance bonus Equity and a comprehensive benefits package Collaborative, diverse, and inclusive work environment
