📋 Description Lead delivery of Phase I clinical projects globally. Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, quality. Develop and track project plans; take corrective actions as needed. Act as primary client contact; build strong relationships. Lead cross-functional teams; collaborate with internal/external stakeholders. Identify and escalate project risks and operational challenges. 🎯 Requirements Life sciences degree or related healthcare discipline. Minimum 7 years in clinical research in pharma/biotech/CRO. At least 2 years of direct clinical PM responsibility. Mandatory Phase I trial experience. Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
