📋 Description Lead, mentor and develop a team of Engineering Technicians. Own day-to-day lab operations, hardware bring-up, integration and vehicle support activities. Execute and oversee electrical, mechanical and system-level builds, modifications and repairs. Partner with engineering teams to diagnose complex hardware and integration issues across Develop and improve technician workflows, lab processes and documentation to increase efficiency Support prototype builds, validation activities and engineering change implementation. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Technician or Engineering Technician Lead supporting Previous experience leading or mentoring technicians while remaining an active technical Strong hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical assembly, integration, debugging and Proven ability to troubleshoot multidisciplinary hardware issues independently in fast-paced Experience supporting prototype and low-volume hardware builds through rapid design iterations.
