Senior Engineer

📋 Description Design, build, and own complex backend features end to end to resolve high-impact customer requests Collaborate with Customer Success and Product to turn requests/bugs into technical solutions and Work across Payments, Account Takeover, Dispute Management, Console, Workflows, and the API. Provide technical leadership in architecture, code reviews, and tradeoffs. Mentor engineers and maintain tooling/engineering practices for reliable delivery. Take on frontend work (React) as needed; role evolves toward full-stack work. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Deep hands-on backend experience in Java and/or Ruby on Rails. Ability to own complex problems end to end with minimal oversight. Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring engineers. Openness to full-stack work including frontend (React); prior React experience a plus.
