📋 Description Lead Trust & Safety for a fast-growing peer-to-peer marketplace. Own fraud prevention, identity verification, investigations, and moderation end-to-end. Build scalable operating model, workflows, tooling, and automation. Define metrics to reduce fraud losses and platform risk; report to execs. Collaborate with Product/Engineering to ship detection and verification tooling. Manage incident response across Legal, Engineering, and Operations. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in Trust & Safety, Fraud Operations, or Risk Management 5+ years leading people (managers or senior ICs) Track record building/scaling trust or marketplace integrity functions Ability to turn operational problems into systemic, cross-functional roadmaps Experience reporting metrics to executive stakeholders Background in a high-growth marketplace, platform, or consumer internet
