📋 Description Lead Neara’s applied research function for infrastructure risk and resilience. Direct a team of researchers; set standards for risk modeling and uncertainty quantification. Develop predictive models for equipment damage, vegetation failure, outage likelihood and duration Design decision models for resilience investments, including asset replacement and network redesign. Quantify the value of data and remote sensing capabilities for asset management. 🎯 Requirements PhD in statistics, applied mathematics, physics, CS, OR, engineering, or similar. Proven leadership of a substantial research program (publications, patents, or production systems). Experience building technical teams and setting research directions.
