📋 Description Lead all stages of project planning. Own SI/PI for products and subsystems. Set up SI/PI guidelines and stack-up specs via feasibility studies. Audit layout routing and component placement to maximize SI/PI. Perform SIPI simulations for PCB, connectors, cabling and sign‑offs. Measure and correlate with simulation models to improve accuracy. Research and integrate advanced SI/PI tech to boost efficiency. 🎯 Requirements BS in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience. Ability to perform system level SIPI design using HFSS, SIwave, PowerSI, ADS, HSPICE. Familiar with lab gear: oscilloscope, VNA, TDR. Experience with simulation‑to‑measurement correlation.
