📋 Description Manage credentialing, recredentialing, and payer enrollment end‑to‑end across providers Prepare, submit, monitor Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial enrollment Maintain provider records in CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and related systems Track timelines to ensure timely approvals for practice readiness Coordinate provider updates with payers and internal teams Ensure compliance with policies and payer guidelines 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in provider credentialing and payer enrollment preferred Independent management from application to approval Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial enrollment Experience with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, Availity portals Strong organization with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication 🎁 Benefits Hybrid work location with onsite Nashville days Full-time role with benefits Health & wellness coverage; 401(k) with match Paid time off, holidays, volunteer days Equal opportunity employer
