Transmission Engineering Manager

📋 Description Responsible for all Transmission engineering design and activities Delegates engineering responsibilities within the TE department Manages the design and checking processes of multiple teams Ensures training and development of TETLs, TEs and TETs Travels periodically to customer offices and job sites as needed Performs bi-yearly evaluations on all employees reporting to them 🎯 Requirements Bachelor degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering PE license required Design experience in overhead and underground transmission (grading, foundation design, PLS CADD Previous supervisory experience Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint; good communication Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microstation, Civil 3D, MathCad, PLS CADD
