Electrical Harness Engineer

📋 Description Design harnesses end-to-end for airframe, catapult, and GCS Translate system interfaces into manufacturable harness designs Govern routing across mechanical and EM environments Own supplier data packages from definition to release Collaborate with avionics, power, RF/EMC and mechanics Ensure reliability and performance in mission-critical operations 🎯 Requirements Build and validate prototypes in lab Proficient in SOLIDWORKS Electrical or Siemens Capital Experience with PLM and harness data management Knowledge of connectors, backshells, shield terminations Understand EMC and cable routing for emissions Experience in aerospace/defence; AS50881/EN3197/MIL-W-22759 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary and VSOP options Relocation support up to €2,500 Learning allowance: €500/£450 yearly Health & wellness: gym and mental health support Regular company events and social allowances Enhanced parental leave and family support
