📋 Description Lead a multidisciplinary team of aerodynamicists, thermal analysts and test engineers for Helsing's Own full aerodynamic and thermal design lifecycle from concept to physical validation Collaborate with structural, electronics, firmware and payload teams to optimise drone architectures 🎯 Requirements Designed and validated aerodynamic or aerothermal systems for unmanned/aerospace/defence platforms Experience leading engineering teams in multi-programme settings Proficient in CFD/thermal tools: ANSYS Fluent, Star-CCM+, Siemens Simcenter or OpenFOAM Ability to communicate complex fluid-thermal physics to diverse stakeholders Eligible for national security clearance and appropriate residency/citizenship 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary and VSOP options Relocation support: up to €2,500 and 4 weeks temporary accommodation Learning allowance: €500/£450 yearly Health & wellness: gym membership and mental health support Social: regular events and monthly social allowances Enhanced parental leave: 22 weeks for primary caregivers and 6 weeks for secondary
