Power Generation Engineer

📋 Description Oversee daily operation of natural gas turbines and related power generation equipment for a Monitor and optimize power systems to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Collaborate with electrical engineers and datacenter teams to integrate power with AI Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade turbines, generators, and control systems. Develop strategies for energy efficiency and cost reduction. Lead root cause analyses and drive continuous improvement in power management. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or related field. 5+ years in power generation with natural gas plants or similar energy systems. Strong understanding of turbine operations, control systems, and power distribution. Proven troubleshooting ability for mechanical/electrical issues in power plants.
