📋 Description The Senior Product Owner will maximize value of technology investments by managing product Lead product ownership across Finance, Accounting, HR, and corporate systems to drive process Collaborate with Scrum Masters, IT Planning, and stakeholders to support Agile delivery and align Translate business needs into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and release plans. Monitor delivery outcomes, risks, and opportunities for optimization while maintaining Partner with business and IT teams to ensure successful implementation and value realization. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum 3 years in Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar tech role. Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, HR, or other corporate systems; strong understanding of Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, backlog management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder Ability to balance competing priorities and translate objectives into practical technology Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills. 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary range of approximately $84,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location Annual incentive opportunities based on performance.
