📋 Description Lead a small, highly technical SUT team in CI, infra, and product engineering. Set direction and drive execution for SUT rollout across dev, CI, and AI workflows. Improve startup reliability, latency, and cost with clear SLOs and metrics. Architect and evolve from legacy systems to a containerized platform. Own on-call health, incident response, postmortems, and maintenance balance. Collaborate with Engineering Systems and product teams to boost dev experience. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years hands-on software engineering. 1+ years leading a technical engineering team. Strong systems thinking; distributed systems and Kubernetes. Excellent written and verbal communication. Customer-obsessed mindset with measurable impact focus.
