📋 Description Project Governance: Maintain project documentation and track task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia. Work Structures: Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associate effort and resource Meeting Leadership: Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous Conflict Management: Navigate internal resource conflicts effectively to keep projects on track. Success Metrics: Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target and achieve CSAT scores greater 🎯 Requirements Typically 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role. Bachelor’s degree required. Proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA/Confluence, and fundamental Snowflake architecture. SnowPro Core (required within 60 days of hire). Fluent in German (regional requirements).
