📋 Description Lead development of large-scale data center projects from executed agreements through construction Own integrated development plans: schedules, budgets, milestones, assumptions, pre-construction Coordinate permitting, entitlement processes, utility planning, infrastructure requirements, owner Establish project readiness criteria and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams. Evaluate progress and provide Go/No-Go recommendations at key milestones. Coordinate electrical, fiber, water, sewer, transportation, and other infrastructure planning. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in data center development or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
