📋 Description Lead modernization of Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform). Design and maintain collaboration architectures, governance, and automation. Develop solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, PnP PowerShell, Graph API. Partner with security, cloud, compliance, and business teams for secure operations. Support security and compliance across Microsoft 365 environments. Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices; troubleshoot issues. 🎯 Requirements High School Diploma with relevant experience, or Bachelor's with M365 experience. 5+ years designing and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions. Strong expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, administration, governance, and migrations. Proficiency with OneDrive for Business, Power Apps, Power Automate, PnP PowerShell, Graph API. Experience with compliance/security frameworks such as CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS, or CIS.
