Supply Chain Planning Manager - NPI

📋 Description Lead demand forecasts and material plans for lab/prototype parts. Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and Operations to implement SC processes. Coordinate with Procurement for timely sourcing of materials. Monitor readiness, inventory, and supplier commitments to avoid disruptions. Analyze shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks with mitigation plans. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in supply chain management, high-tech preferred. Experience supporting Engineering, R&D, labs, or NPI programs. Strong knowledge of planning, forecasting, and inventory control. Analytical with data-driven decision making.
