📋 Description Plan and execute technical concepts for live comms events, from congresses to customer events Coordinate cross-functional project activities ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality Manage international logistics, shipments, customs, and on-site deliveries Oversee external vendors (booth constructors, logistics, AV) and supplier selection Develop cost estimates, compare quotations, and support contract coordination Create basic 2D/3D booth layouts, cable plans, and graphic placement concepts 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in Event Technology, Engineering, or related field 2–3 years in technical event or exhibition management Experience coordinating multiple projects internationally Experience planning congresses/exhibitions/technical events Understanding of booth infrastructure and exhibition construction Proficient with Microsoft 365; valid Class B drivers license; willingness to travel ~20% 🎁 Benefits International, supportive team culture 30 vacation days, plus extra days during holidays Flexible hours and hybrid work in Germany Bike leasing, parking, company restaurant and gym Ongoing training and development opportunities
