📋 Description Provide daily support to Front Office traders Manage the trade lifecycle: Booking, validation, and monitoring Analyze incidents and coordinate with IT teams for resolution Translate business requirements into technical specifications Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis Participate in system enhancements and ongoing projects (~25%) 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of relevant experience in Murex Front Office support Background with trading desks or Front Office environments Strong understanding of financial products (Fixed income, FX, Equity Derivatives) Ability to understand trades end-to-end Strong functional mindset beyond tool usage Experience handling production issues independently 🎁 Benefits Salary range: USD$100,000 - USD$150,000 401(k) retirement plan with company matching 15 days of paid vacation per year at hire and up to 27 with seniority 8 paid holidays + 5 sick days + 2 personal days Company health, dental, and vision insurance plans + FSA Voluntary STD and LTD
