Member Experience Manager - New York City

📋 Description In-person hospitality role based on site, 5 days/week in NYC Connect with members, identify needs, and deliver solutions Plan events and programming for the local community Represent Industrious in the local market and drive member engagement Collaborate with broader team to create exceptional workplace experiences 🎯 Requirements Perform tasks with lifting up to 25 lbs Stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk all day Operate kitchen appliances and equipment as needed Participate in food prep and safety compliance Maintain sanitary work areas and follow safety protocols 🎁 Benefits Base salary: $65,000–$75,000 Up to $11,000 performance bonus Healthcare, PTO, wellness programs, 401k Commuter benefits and other eligibility perks
