Senior Network Engineer

📋 Description The Network Infrastructure team operates, monitors, maintains, and supports DigiCert's global First responder for network incidents and operational requests; initial troubleshooting and admin Handle health, performance, and availability of production network infrastructure. Review logs, alerts, and monitoring to identify issues. Perform incident response and service restoration for network events. Escalate complex problems and document diagnostics for teams. 🎯 Requirements Associate/Bachelor in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience. 5+ years in enterprise, service provider, or data center networks. Strong TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, VLANs, VPN concepts. Routing protocol understanding and route troubleshooting. Experience with network monitoring and observability tools.
