Senior Werum PAS-X MES L2 Support & Integration Specialist

📋 Description Provide Level 2 support for Werum PAS-X MES across operations. Monitor, troubleshoot MES incidents and integration issues per SLAs. Root-cause analysis for recurring issues; coordinate with teams and vendors. Administer Werum PAS-X: user management, security roles, and configuration. Support MBR/EBR lifecycle: updates, deployments, maintenance. Maintain PAS-X integrations with SAP PP-PI; ensure reliable data exchange. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years supporting Werum PAS-X MES in pharma/manufacturing. L2 MES support hands-on experience in production environments. PAS-X administration, configuration, and operational support. Experience managing MBR and EBR lifecycle.
