📋 Description Configure and customize Zoho One apps to meet business needs. Support integrations between Zoho One and third-party/internal systems. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics. Troubleshoot issues and provide user support for Zoho apps. Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and best practices. Participate in user training to promote adoption of Zoho solutions. 🎯 Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with Zoho One apps such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, SalesIQ, and related products. Understanding of application configuration, customization, and workflow automation within the Zoho platform. Familiarity with integrating business applications and supporting cloud-based software environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
