AI Research Engineer - Robotics

📋 Description Design, train and deploy RL-based controllers for robots in real environments. Own full pipeline from simulation to deployment under hardware constraints. Fuse sensory inputs (vision included) for robust control policies. Work within autonomous robotics for unstructured, dynamic settings. Collaborate with AI/engineering teams across Europe. Publish and present findings when appropriate. 🎯 Requirements MSc/PhD in Robotics, ML, Control; strong RL focus. Hands-on RL on real hardware; not just sim. Expertise in PPO, SAC, TD3, model-based RL, sim-to-real, domain randomisation, curriculum learning. Solid knowledge of robot dynamics, kinematics, PID, MPC, trajectory optimization.
