📋 Description Own object detection quality, work with product and safety partners on short- and long-term goals Develop and execute technical roadmaps to achieve object detection quality goals Lead analysis of real-world object detection issues; define requirements to improve quality Build resilient, high-performing teams through people development and hiring Contribute to technical roadmaps; define team OKRs and drive roadmap execution Make project staffing and technical decisions; drive escalations; accountable for delivering 🎯 Requirements Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent deep learning experience 5+ years in Machine Learning and/or Computer Vision 3+ years in managing ML engineering or research teams Experience with Python Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or JAX 🎁 Benefits Salary range disclosed: $281,000 – $356,000 USD Discretionary annual bonus program, equity incentive plan Generous company benefits program
