📋 Description Own the Workday platform end to end; manage platform roadmap and release cycle alignment. Lead configuration, testing, and deployment across Workday modules and security models. Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and APIs. Optimize self-service experiences and employer analytics to reduce admin burden and boost adoption. Evaluate and implement Workday AI, ML, and analytics capabilities with data privacy in mind. Partner with stakeholders and manage vendor/partner relationships for successful delivery. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR/IT/Business or related field. 6+ years of progressive HR tech experience with deep Workday expertise. Hands-on experience across multiple Workday modules (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Workday certification (Pro or equivalent) is a strong plus. Experience building integrations via Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday APIs.
