📋 Description Build, maintain, and improve automation workflows across Jira Product Discovery, Confluence, and Productionize existing prototype automations and emerging AI agent capabilities into monitored Develop real-time integrations and data pipelines that connect portfolio strategy (OKRs, Programs) Implement automated health checks, dependency monitoring, and status rollup systems that reduce Create reusable automation templates and self-service patterns that enable PMs and cross-functional Build automated data quality enforcement to prevent incomplete or incorrect data from entering 🎯 Requirements 3–5 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, operations Hands-on proficiency with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Jira Automation, n8n, Zapier) and Working knowledge of API-driven development, including RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian ecosystem; familiarity with Jira Product Discovery Comfort with AI and LLM-based tooling or willingness to develop this capability quickly.
