📋 Description Design and develop robotic surgical instruments in a cross-functional team. Translate user needs into design solutions through prototyping, testing, and validation. Contribute to technology decisions balancing reliability, manufacturability, risk, and clinical Create test methods to characterize prototypes and drive design changes. Develop product requirements and specifications for safety, performance, and durability. Produce and maintain design documentation, protocols, and BOMs; manage CAD data in SolidWorks. 🎯 Requirements Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical/Electrical/Systems Engineering or related; advanced degree a Minimum 6 years designing mechanical/ electromechanical products; medical device experience Expertise in high-precision mechanisms, e/m systems, tolerance stacks. Experience taking ideas from concept to launch in regulated environments; strong collaboration. SolidWorks CAD proficiency; rapid prototyping experience; good documentation skills.
