Onboarding Operations Specialist

📋 Description Own the onboarding lifecycle from initial customer documentation through account activation. Manage end-to-end onboarding process, from document collection to account approval and activation. Conduct KYC/KYB reviews, including business verification, corporate structure analysis, UBO checks Apply onboarding requirements across jurisdictions with varying regulatory standards. Act as first line of defense with risk-based judgment and escalation recommendations. Collaborate with external partners on onboarding questions and information requests with timely 🎯 Requirements 2+ years of experience in KYC/KYB, onboarding, compliance operations, or a first-line compliance Hands-on experience verifying business entities, corporate structures, and UBO. Working knowledge of customer due diligence across multiple jurisdictions. Ability to distinguish genuine risk indicators from simple documentation issues and apply judgment. Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex requirements clearly.
