📋 Description Lead a 7-member engineering team (L5 Senior and L6 Staff Engineers) with a culture of technical Architect Fleet Orchestration Core systems as source of truth for vehicle task assignments. Create vision, strategy, and roadmap for centralized offboard driving behavior platform. Collaborate with Product, Operations, Data Science, SRE, and other teams to define requirements. Foster reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement in systems. 🎯 Requirements BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 10+ years in software engineering (backend infra, distributed systems, C++). 5+ years in engineering management leading high-performing teams.
