Senior Facilities Operations Technician

📋 Description Operate and maintain critical MEP systems in supercomputing data centers for high reliability. Perform advanced maintenance of HVAC, power, and environmental controls; mentor junior technicians. Oversee maintenance of data center infrastructure; lead a team to ensure reliability and efficiency. Ensure site safety and environmental compliance per local/regional requirements. Provide operational expertise for MEP systems; pumps, piping, chillers, CRAH units, wiring Inspect areas routinely; self-report issues to maintain performance. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or 6+ years hands-on ops/facilities experience (data Knowledge of mechanical/electrical engineering principles and systems. Experience with critical systems documentation (Plans, Procedures, Operations Manuals). Experience with Building Power Monitoring Systems and Operations; strong troubleshooting. Experience with PLC-based control systems and/or Building Management Systems (Client). Excellent written and verbal communication in English. 🎁 Benefits
