NOC Proactive Engineer

📋 Description Proactively monitor network, server, cloud, and infrastructure health using monitoring tools. Identify potential issues before they impact services. Analyze alerts, trends, and recurring incidents to guide preventive actions. Perform initial troubleshooting and coordinate with technical teams for resolution. Escalate critical incidents and support outage management activities. Monitor service availability and ensure adherence to operational SLAs. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related 1–3 years of experience in a NOC, Infrastructure Operations, Managed Services, or IT Operations Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and switching. Experience monitoring Windows and Linux server environments.
