📋 Description Design high-speed signal paths for AI compute systems Shape electrical performance of Graphcore hardware platforms Develop, extract and simulate PCB structures across production/test boards Own SI decisions across complex board and package interfaces From concept to prototype bring-up, debug, validation and manufacture support Collaborate with PCB, package substrate, system architecture and supplier teams 🎯 Requirements Strong experience in high-speed digital circuit development, deep SI knowledge Experience with high-frequency SERDES design and validation (tens of GHz) Expertise with tools such as ANSYS SIWave, HFSS, Mentor HyperLynx or similar Ability to design BGA/connector launches, via structures and transmission lines Hands-on lab experience using VNAs, high-speed oscilloscopes and signal generators Rigorous approach to design, debug and validation with strong ownership 🎁 Benefits Flexible working with balance between work and personal life Generous leave; retirement planning assistance with up to 5% matched pension Phantom equity; possible share in Graphcore’s success Office spaces for collaboration with free food and on-site barista Income protection and life assurance; optional private medical/dental options
