Bridge simulation and real-world deployment for robotics challenges. 🎯 Requirements BS/MS/Phd in CS, Robotics, Statistics, Physics, Math, or related field. 7+ years of industry experience with mentorship and cross-functional initiative. Strong domain expertise in AI/ML, robotics, and large-scale evaluation systems. Ability to set a clear vision and align a team behind a unified strategy. Urgent, high-quality technical execution and execution discipline. Experience hiring, organizing, and growing engineering teams. 🎁 Benefits Base pay range: $235,030 – $352,290 (scope level dependent).
